Graphic Design

I grew up in Bundaberg right on the beach and after 18 years of living there decided to move away from that beach to a much better beach and move to the Sunshine Coast to pursue studying a Bachelor of Design and Communication. My passion is creating things and whether that be through design, advertising or something completely new, I’m always willing to give it a go.

Dg Magazine Cover

Dg Magazine Cover

The DG Magazine cover project involved creating a magazine cover based around the styles of a famous artist. I decided to base mine on Roy Lichtenstein and channel his pop style in to a slightly political piece about U.S president Donald Trump.

Self Vintage Collage

Self Vintage Collage

I created this collage to display my artistic style in one image. I found a picture of myself and random images online that I liked that represented the theme of myself and put them together to give and overall feel of me and what I portray in my art.

Visual Arts Book Cover

Visual Arts Book Cover

This project involved us creating a cover for a book with no guidelines but to just create. I gave myself no plan for this project but to just put pen to paper and draw and create something unique and this was what the result was.

Face Pattern

Face Pattern

My goal for this piece was to create a two-sided face of both a woman and an animal that can be seen and changed when flipped on its head. I created this piece for a friend that wanted a tattoo in that style and when I put the image in to a pattern, I was surprised to see how well it worked.

Old Man Collage

Old Man Collage

This is another collage I distorted and added elements to an image of an old U.S president. I like finding vintage images and adding elements to them to turn them in to a something colourful and weird.
