Lachlin was born and raised in Bundaberg, with a passion for design, advertising and rum. He moved down to Sunshine Coast four years ago to study a Bachelor of Design and Communication, and now calls the Coast home. EZ's

EZ's

EZ's was one of my university related projects where I created my own product and needed to design the branding/packaging for it. I found this task enjoyable because it allowed me to create a ready-to-cook line of products that my demographic and I could easily use at home.

Loop

Loop

Loop was the birth of an idea I had over Start-Up Weekend in 2017. To date, this was one of the best experiences I've had, creating a minimum viable product over the course of 54 hours. In this time I created a working user-interface which I then presented to an audience and judging panel.

Oak House

Oak House

I created this advertisement for the Oak House while I studied abroad in USA. One day while I was enjoying a beer, the owner of Oak House approached me to make a promotional flyer for him. This was to be displayed on tables and the bar to promote flight and jazz night.

Food Pigs

Food Pigs

Food Pigs is an online food blog run by two chefs. They go around to all of the new and happening places in Brisbane and see what they have to offer. I was commissioned to design a logo that represented both them, and their blog.

Sandisk

Sandisk

This advertisement is another project I created while I studied abroad. In a team with Allie Pietro we were tasked with creating a campaign to promote one of their new products. This consisted of a print campaign with advertorials that was supported by a digital advertising strategy on Facebook.
